Chicken meatballs

Chicken meatballs

500 g Oscar Broiler mince
2 pieces of boiled potatoes
or 1 dl breadcrumbs
1 chicken egg
1 dl Milk
1 dl Water (if needed)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 dl carrot paste
- Pinch of salt

Make the dough and shape into a bun. Bake in the oven on a baking tray until cooked. Serve with porridge or dry food.

Chicken and cabbage

500 g Oscar Broiler Minced Meat
300 g Cabbage, cut into small pieces
5 dl Water
1 dl finely grated root vegetables e.g., carrots
- A pinch of salt, a sprinkle of parsley.

Simmer cabbage in water for about 20 min. Add meat and grated cabbage to the water. Cover and simmer until meat and vegetables are cooked. Add a little oil and buttermilk or sour cream to the cooled dish.

5 dl Rice
3 l Water for cooking
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
2 dl chopped spinach
2 dl Chinese cabbage in small strips
A little chopped chives
A little ground ginger
Spoonful of sesame seed oil or sunflower oil
Oscar Beef Vegetable Buns

When the cooking water comes to a boil, add the rice, and reduce the heat. Cook the rice under a lid over a low heat for about 30 minutes. In a hot pan, quickly toss the spinach, Chinese cabbage, and chives in vegetable oil, add to the rice, stir and bring to a boil. Season with ginger and oil. Pour into a cup and add the iced Beef Vegetable Buns, allow to cool to a suitable temperature.

Chicken and vegetarian risotto

500 g Oscar Broiler minced meat
5 dl Rice
1,5 l Water for cooking
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
2 pieces of carrots
2 pieces of large potatoes
250 g Oscar vegetable puree

Mix the ingredients together and simmer in an ovenproof dish in a 175 °C oven for about 2 hours. Cool and serve. Freeze the rest in suitable sized portions. To serve, add buttermilk, cream or cottage cheese, or Snifter and salmon oil.

8 dl Potato slices from cooked potatoes
OR Mature oatmeal
OR Mature rice
1 dl Grated root vegetables e.g., carrots
1 dl Cottage cheese
1 dl Hyla-cream milk, cream, etc.
1 dl grated cheese

Place the potatoes, root vegetables and cottage cheese in layers in a baking tray. Use cooked rice or oatmeal if your dog is not used to potatoes. Note: For dogs, potatoes should be served well cooked. Add milk and sprinkle grated cheese on top at the end of the baking. Cook in a hot oven at about 250 °C for about 15 minutes. If you wish, you can add the Pork- Herring cheese buns in layers to the baking tray to cook the meat, or you can add the buns raw to the finished potato dish. The Oscar Beef and Veal Buns also go well here.

Meat-vegetable risotto

Meat-vegetable risotto

9 dl Rice 2 l Water
½ dl oatmeal
pinch of salt
1 dl veneer
2 tsp chopped parsley
3 tsp vegetable oil
2 eggs

In salted water, bring the oatmeal and rice to a boil. When the mixture comes to the boil, reduce the heat and add the chilli, parsley, vegetable oil, egg and meatballs, stirring well.

Stir and cook for 20 minutes until all the water has evaporated. Cool and divide into portions. Serve slightly warmed with cottage cheese. If you wish, you can leave the meatballs out of the pan and add them raw at the end.

Beef biscuits

Beef biscuits

With Oscar's domestic beef, you can easily make tasty treats for your dog! You can use them as training treats or even as gifts for your furry friends.

Recipe:
1,5 dl Wheat flour
1 egg
3,5 dl rice, potato or corn flour
1 teaspoon of honey
1 dl water
5 teaspoons of chicken stock
100 g Oscar's Home Beef.

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients together into a tight ball of dough.
3. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface and make biscuits of the right size using a cookie cutter or to your liking.
4. Bake the biscuits in the oven for about. Bake the biscuits in the oven for about 20min until they are firm and tender.
5. Allow to cool and serve to your dog as a treat!
